1. Are the products on cheapb2b.com Authentic?

Our goods are factories variants, and they are all made according to the authentic ones with quality guarabteed. We have good reputation on the internet for selling the copy of products, getting satisfied feedback from clients to our products.

2. Are the goods in the original box?

All goods come in the original package. 

3. How do I place an order?

It’s easy and quick, just follow these steps:

4. Can I order one pcs of goods as samples?

 

Yes, we accept samples orders. Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above. Take shoes for example. Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 6 pairs. Besides the unit price, we have to charge extra $10shipping fee. 

 

5. Are there any discounts for bulk/volume purchases?

 

Yeah, the price mainly depends on your quantity, the more you buy, it'll be cheaper. As your order runs to some kinda of quantity, we could give you proper discount in accordance to the items you choose.

 

6. How do I pay my order ?

 

We accept paypal, west union, moneygram, T/T(bank transfer). Just using paypal, you need to take 5% handling.

 

7. How do the products delivery and how long is the shipping

 

Normally we use EMS, it's gonna take about 5-7days to get the place where you live. And we also ship via DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS sometimes.

 

8. How can I know my order status?

 

Once we ship the items, will let you know the tracking # in 24 hours, with which you can check your order online. We'll check it here until it gets to your place.
